The POM Award is a unique award specifically for UMRC and Porter Hills team members who you have observed going above and beyond in their everyday work to serve others. Team members, residents, participants, or family members can nominate a team member for a POM award at any time. To nominate someone, click on “Recognize a Team Member” below, or complete a POM Award form and submit it to Human Resources. POM Award forms can also be found at each of our locations.
